My dream bicycle: I Must Save Money!

This is my first post. By good fortune I have finally found a job! This will mean I can eat my favorite foods and save for my bicycle. Here is what I want: Cinelli Vigorelli frameset, 54cm. 1420gram (frame)/560gram (fork). $850. Deda Elementi Newton handlebar. 208gram. $100-135. (And for the handlebar stem I will be using a Deda Newton 31 @ 125 gram and $56). Cinelli Vai seatpost. 290grams, $40. I’m thinking about getting a post in the 190-215 gram range but it might cost too much. I’m up for any suggestions! Selle Italia Gel. 255 grams, $105. Mavic Ellipse track. 1850 grams, $550. Campagnolo Record Track. 550grams, $379. Campagnolo Record bottom bracket. 220grams, $149. Anyway, I will spend more time tweaking components/making sure things are compatible. I’m trying to keep this build under $2200. Currently I have the following saved: $0.00 but this will change very shortly. I want this bike to weigh less than 15 pounds once it’s completely built up. Anyone think this is possible with my budget? This is what the bike would look like built up (roughly, not the same components listed above).
